Estos días la web ha tenido unas importantes modificaciones. Principalmente en la nueva sección de DOJO VIRTUAL. Aquí vais a encontrar todo lo relacionado a la práctica del Karate Kyokushin que normalmente se hace en los Dojos de todo el mundo. Si usted no ha practicado antes es importante que previamente consulte con un médico ya que puede haber movimientos dificiles e inclusive peligrosos. El Karate conlleva una responsabilidad hacia uno mismo y sobre todo hacia su entorno. Prácticar con sentido común y no hacer ejercicios que les puedan ocasionar algún daño.

The following days the site has been modified and improved. The major change is in the section VIRTUAL DOJO where you will find a lot of information in relation to the practice of Kyokushin Karate. What you will find is what normally is thaught in the Dojos worldwide. It's clear that every Dojo and organisation has their own way. Have in mind a good behaviour and attitud while training and have in mind that you are responsible in any manner whatsoever for any injury which may occur through reading or following the instructions at this web sites. The activities and techniques described here may be too strenuous or dangerous for some people. You should always consult a physician before
engaging in them.
