The study of Kyokushin is endless, and that is what makes it so interesting.

Kyokushin will have a deep impact on your way of living, by training hard and spending many hours thinking, will influence you to try to be a better person.

Kyokushin is a way of living. It is a way of respect and it is certainly a way of climbing hills and overcoming difficulties in life. You will feel more complete as a human being. The Karate also integrated several other principles such as honour, discipline, manners and the most important one, humility. You will always finish the day by learning something new. Despite how experienced you are, perfection can only be reached by training very hard. One of Kyokushin’s many mottos is “ONE THOUSAND DAYS OF TRAINING, A BEGINNER. TEN THOUSAND DAYS OF TRAINING, A MASTER.
Kyokushin Karate is a full contact Karate which requires strenuous training, conditioning, mental strength, and discipline.

SELF CONTROL

You will learn to control your own actions, to establish boundaries and to be consistent in enforcing them.

RESPECT

Respect is something you never demand, is something you just do. To be respectful all times to everybody. From the moment you start with Karate this behaviour is ingrained.

FOCUS

Concentration is a must to improve in our daily actions. To improve is needed to block out distractions and to focus on the things we are doing at that moment.

PHYSICAL FITNESS

Kyokushin Karate is a hard martial art, we train condition, stamina and strength. By having a better condition will make you feel good and you will be more healthier. In a stress society and daily obligations to have a good physical condition will make you easier to deal with it.

CONFIDENCE

To control your body, mind and hard situation during your Karate trainings you will earn confidence. This earned confidence will spill over into other areas of your life.

HONESTY

Honesty is more than avoiding lies, is a belief and a pursuit of the truth. Honesty is a sign of health, self esteem due to an honest person takes responsibility for his or hers actions. A person who feels good about him or herself has no need to resort to deception.

COURAGE

There is always something to reach, the way is endless. So is Kyokushin Karate. Many times we are afraid of doing some things, in Kyokushin Karate we have to overcome these fears we have and try to reach the ultimate points. Even these are impossible to reach is needed to have milestones, you have to conquer them. As you gain more courage you will not be afraid to do new things.

POSITIVE THINKING

The life is full of fall groups, obstacles, we have to learn from our mistakes and improve our self every day. A failure doesn't mean a lost, to lose in a tournament will only make us stronger. Positive thinking is the most important, with the right attitude to life and the martial arts you will walk a long way.
